  3. Athletes You will see an improvement in athletic performance. Athletes will be leaner. (Stronger with less body fat) Movements will be easier. They will have the capability of being quicker.

  5. There will be a lesser risk of injury when lifting or doing any other daily activities that may cause you to strain. You won’t tire as easily. You can do more “work” than someone who is “untrained”

  7. Physical Activity promotes collateral circulation Blood moves more efficiently throughout the body and can better equip muscles and bones with the calcium and protein they need to get stronger! Helps with nutrient transport.
