HR Community and Enterprise Applications • Provide leadership for WA State HR Community through alignment of agency HR objectives and activities with enterprise objectives and processes • Support enterprise HR initiatives by representing customer agencies’ perspectives, providing resources when necessary, championing the outcome and advocating for success • Recommend priorities, identify opportunities for collaboration and enterprise service improvements and provide cross agency staff to work on issues as needed.

  8. Job Boost - Beta We have volunteered to be beta testers of the new feature released to the OLRS by NEOGOV called Job Boost. This new feature boosts a job posting’s exposure by advertising on GovernmentJobs.com for $125.00 and/or Recruitics for $300.00. After Job Boost has been used, there are reports to view the return on investment – Total Applicants from whichever option used, Total Cost, and Cost per Applicant/Hire. As well as a Payment History Report.

  11. Update • LMS Upgrade partially funded in the final budget • Readiness Activities started in November • SharePoint site created to support the LMS Upgrade

  12. LMS – Next Steps • Continue Readiness and Enterprise Process and Standardization activities. • Work with agencies to explore ways to continue to move forward with the project given the current state and funding.

LMS – How You Can Help • Ensure organization participation in LMS Upgrade activities • Seek status updates from your team • Include the LMS Upgrade project as a standing agenda item within your teams • Solicit feedback and input from your team members and share them with the project team • Encourage staff to participate in the effort

Expectations • Help your staff embrace changes brought about by enterprise processes and standardization. • Demonstrate support for enterprise processes and standardization through your words and actions. • Provide resources for workshops, upgrade ready projects, testing, and training facilitation.
