CLI Simultaneous Ring CLI CLI Creative EPABX UNIQUE FEATURES MAGIC SERIES • Caller ID on Simultaneous Ringing:- Caller Telephone Number is Displayed on the LCD of the Telephone instrument while on Simultaneous Ringing. • Un-erasable Flash RAM:- Programming Data / Password of the system is stored in Flash RAM, which never gets erased in power off / power fluctuation.

Give the System Message Data Recorder (SMDR) programming commands from first extension, then you can take the call SMDR details (in/out) to your PC through a serial cable (RS232) and and can save the data for future use also.   10. UNIQUE FEATURES MAGIC SERIES • Call Progress Visual Indication:- The system allows unique visual display status of call progress. Option 1 – While an extension making an internal call, the corresponding LED indication of that extension will be GREEN. Option 2 – While an extension making a local call on P&T line, the corresponding LED indications of that extension as well as P&T Line will be RED. Option 3 – While an extension making a STD/ISD call on P&T line, the corresponding LED indications of that extension as well as P&T Line will be ORANGE. Visual Progress Indication

FEATURES MAGIC SERIES • Caller Id : Internal / External / Transferable:-The System identifies the Caller’s telephone number (Internal / External) which is displayed on the LCD of the telephone instrument. When the operator calls to an extension, the system sends this information to the transferred extension. • Video Door Phone Connectivity :-You can connect your system with Video Door Phone which is a safety Device on P&T port.. • Buffer Memory for Incoming / Outgoing Calls:-The incoming / outgoing number is stored in the Incoming / Outgoing SMDR buffer memory of the system. It appears in the incoming / outgoing SMDR report. • Printout of Unanswered Calls:- We can take the printout of Unanswered calls which is stored in the SMDR Buffer Memory through the Parallel Port / Printer Port. • Auto Fax – Telephone Switch:- One Extension is to be defined as FAX extension for landing the Fax calls. When the Fax Call Comes, system automatically detect the Fax tone and transferred to Fax Extension.

  12. FEATURES MAGIC SERIES • Operator Dialing by “9”:- The system permits any extension to be defining as an operator. Operator extension can be called by a single digit code “9”. • Delayed Hotline:-This facility enables you to set hotline with an extension / external number. After using this facility, when you lift the handset, the extension / external number you set for hotline gets ring and you get ring back tone. For dialing the number, where system dial tone is obtained for the first 3 seconds during which you can dial any internal or external number. If nothing is dialed within 3 seconds, the hotline will be connected. • Boss Secretary System:-Any Extension can receive all its incoming internal or external call through any other extension. All incoming call for BOSS will land at SECRETARY extension while only SECRETARY is able to call the BOSS and transfer the calls to him. • Automatic Day / Night Mode:-You can set the system to receive the incoming P&T calls in different modes in day and night on particular extension which is defined. Once this is done all the trunks incoming call modes can be changed by either manually or automatically.

FEATURES MAGIC SERIES • Programmable Flash Timing of Individual Extension:-You can set the Flash timing of Individual Extension through the programming. • Auto Redial:-If any dialed external number found busy then the system allows you to dial that number repeatedly itself. The external number will be dialed for a predefined redial count and after every predefined wait time. • Walking Call of Service:- This feature allows an extension user to use his own extension facilities from another extension. • Auto Call Disconnection:- This feature allows an extension for outgoing in predefined time. After that predefined time the outgoing call will disconnect automatically. • Do Not Disturb:- This feature protects a extension from being called. However, the extension user can call others. • Remote Maintenance:- This feature allows your authorized service center / dealer to maintain your EPABX from any remote location.

  14. FEATURES MAGIC SERIES • DISA / DOSA :-DISA - This unique feature allows any external caller to access any extension directly with the help of voice massages without the help of operator. DOSA - DOSA allows the user to use the system resources for making any outgoing calls from outside of the office. This feature is mostly used to make long distance calls (STD/ISD). • Junction / Extension / Buffer Display:-The internal / external, outgoing / incoming call is stored in the SMDR buffer of the system which will be displayed on computer. • Dynamic STD/ISD Lock for each Extn:- The system offers to all extension users to prevent misuse of STD/LOCAL Call from their Extn. A 4-digit personal Password is provided to all extensions, which is initially 1111. • Direct Call Billing In Rupees With/ Without Computer :- This feature allows you to take the printout of all internal / external Calls in Rupees with computer or without computer.
