Task O 10 The objective of this task shall be to define tools that will allow NRAs to find out what users expect. The project group for this task shall: • ·highlight early experiences; • ·make an inventory on the various approaches used; • ·initiate a dialogue on the findings to provide insight into workable concepts; • ·disseminate the gathered information through reports or workshops; • submit to the EB a final report with conclusions and recommendations
