  11. Self-Study Handbook • Provides guidance in writing/updating Implementation Plan • Self-studies allow us to see the road ahead • Gives ideas for evidence to be gathered and specific criteria for each outcome and action.

  12. Implementation Plans • What differences did you see between the Waukee and Norwalk plan? • What did you like about each plan? • What should we take into account as we revise our plan?
