TLC improvements General • Less sessions per day, more days • Opportunity to promote networking with speakers • Have a TLC ever 6 months • Expand to tech leaders audience • Better way to distribute the content after session Content • Demos not available for SP attendees • Include third party attendees (Gartner, IDC, etc) • Include Soft skill session • Include case studies and market trends

TLC improvements SP Technologies • Partners aren’t seeing the emphasis on purchasing through partners and still see SPs purchasing directly from Cisco. • Partners would like to see more hands-on training within region and feel that a lot of it is pre-sales focused • Partners would like to see more specific technical certifications/specializations around product families, like optical • The Cisco partner team needs to do a better job making sure that the technical trainings are advertised to partners so they can attend • Partners would like to invest in lab equipment and need deeper discounts than NFR provides • Partner Helpline isn’t helpful

  6. TLC improvements Other • Better announce promotion bundles • Increase the # of learning partner for Content Security Technologies
