The Kirkhill MUGA Project aims to create a multi-use games area for the rural community of Kirkhill, located eight miles from Inverness. Recognizing the need for an all-weather sports pitch, the project emerged after a youth survey highlighted this aspiration. With community support and strategic planning, the renovation includes a sand-filled artificial grass surface accommodating football, tennis, and basketball. Funded through various sources, construction has commenced and aims to promote health, well-being, and community engagement through improved sports facilities.
