The benefits • Cuts unnecessary movements and operations • Tube body is formed and filled only in one position – vertical • Tube body is oriented only once • Tube body is formed on a mandrel and it is supported by the mandrel until the filling process starts. Thus, very thin tubes can be made and filled without smashing and OVALITY is no longer a problem for the filling machines • Elimination of carton boxes, storage space and transportation of the empty tubes. Thus, less wastage, less risk of contamination, less expenses. FFS

  7. Main targets 1. Simple design All machine processes are stepped therefore stopping the FFS-60 is possible without any tube wastage. 2. Easy tool changeover Different size parts are in units ready for installing. No fine setting on machine. Only one technician is enough for 10 machines. 3. Easy exchange of filling product. All mechanisms in direct contact with filling product can be easily removed from the FFS-60. Cleaning is outside of the FFS-60. Second filling head is optional. Exchanging filling head for products with different viscosity. FFS-60
