This study investigates the correlation between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels (measured in nmol/L) and various health outcomes. We explore the thresholds of vitamin D status, assessing the implications of levels at 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, and 200 nmol/L. The findings aim to provide a comprehensive overview of how differing concentrations of this essential nutrient can influence overall health, immune function, bone density, and chronic disease risks. Our results emphasize the importance of maintaining adequate vitamin D levels for optimal health.
