  1. Chicken sauce, rice and salad Chicken sauce You need: 400 grams of sliced chicken  oil 1 table spoon wheat flour 4 dl chicken broth 1 dl mango puree 1 dl peach cubes curry salt Fry some sliced chicken in oil. Add a spoonful of wheat flour. Add the chicken broth, mix and let simmer. Add mango puree and peach cubes, season with curry and salt. Heat the sauce up. Salad You need: lettuce(ice berg) carrot cubes broccoli cauliflower Boil carrots, broccoli and cauliflower for 10 minutes. Let them cool, mix the pieces. Add the lettuce, mix. For this meal we also serve grated carrot, black currant jam, rye bread, milk and rice.

  2. Fried vendaces, mashed potatoes, salad You need: 500 g vendace (a small fresh water fish) 0,5 dl rye flour 2 tablespoons butter 2 tblsp oil salt Turn the fish in a mixture of rye flour and salt. Fry them in mixed oil and butter. You also need: 1 kg potatoes 2 dl milk 50 g butter salt Peel the potatoes and boil them in water. Pour out the water and mash all the ingredients. Make the salad from: lettuce tomatoes​

  3. Fish soup 1 liter water 1 dl cream 600 grams fish in cubes 1 kg potatoes 1 onion ¼ leak 7 pepper corns some dill 30 grams butter 1 tea spoon salt Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Cook potatoes, onion cubes and pepper corns for 10 minutes in salted water. Add fish and leak, cook for 10 minutes. Add butter, cream and dill. Heat the soup up and serve with good bread and fresh vegetables.​
