  1. Science Processes In Science, the processes that we use to do scientific procedures are very important to the discovery of scientific truths. Today we are going to cover several of these science processes and will finish the remainder later this week.

  2. Reading a triple beam balance is very easy. However you must be careful to read all THREE beams. Failure to read all three beams will result in an inaccurate mass…thus your calculations will then be inaccurate as well.

  3. What do we measure in when using a triple beam balance? Grams

  4. What is the first beam (indicated by the large black flashing arrow) on the Triple Beam Balance measure by? By 1’s

  5. What is the second beam (indicated by the large black flashing arrow) on the Triple Beam Balance measure by? By 100’s

  6. What is the third beam (indicated by the large black flashing arrow) on the Triple Beam Balance measure by? By 10’s
