School a long time ago: • School history presented briefly as follows:  • By April 1904 Czułów children attended school in Tychy. • In 1903, the school was built in Czułów . • Land for the construction was offered by Fr . Palica • The first study took place on 18.04.1904r . • School was religious one and the language of instruction was German . • On 20/04/1904 the school had 133 children , of which 130 children Catholic , Jewish children 3 The school building was one floor and the entrance to the classes was from the street . • On the ground floor were two classes and a small hallway . • Behind the school there was a small field and orchard with densely planted with fruit trees .

In 1904, the majority of residents who lived in Czułów worked in coal mines in pulp mills and brickyards . • In view of the increasing number of children in the school year 1912/1913 an additional teacher was allocated . • There was also a need for a third device class ( lecture hall ), which was rented from Mr. Myrczkaright at the school . • This house stood in 1912. • After the end of World War II , this class was eliminated. • No classrooms gave now seriously its toll as the number receiving instruction significantly increased . • In April 1930 it amounted to 211 children. • Students were divided into four classes, lecture halls were only two .

  7. Patron of the school: • He was born 31.01.1833 in a wealthy family in Raciborz master leather . A high school diploma obtained in 1854 and then began his studies at the Theological Faculty of the University of Wrocław. He was ordained June 30, 1857 year. His first pastoral assignment was Ostrog parish near Raciborz . In 1862 , he was appointed administrator of the Birkenau near Gliwice , but after a few months , following the resignation of Fr . Humphrey Stekli , became pastor . Five years later, he was transferred to a parish in Tychy (1869) . He pastoral activity and the social , educational and national . He founded the parish of " Casino Catholic " and Raiffeisen Building Society . Initiated in the parish of III Order of St. . Francis. In March of 1875 years for three weeks was imprisoned in Mikołów for the pro-Polish activities . In his will he left money to buy a plot for construction of a school in Czułów . He died on 04.01.1898 . He was buried next to the church - Mary Magdalene in Tychy.
