  2. Students who decided to study abroad- WHY? • to study languages (Hungarian education system: NO everyday English, just grammar) • more opportunities (open-minded foreign people, promote Erasmus project - universitystudies)

  3. more money inthe education system • theborder is near • theway of teaching is better • lectures in small groups – real life knowledge (not just lexical , MORE PRACTICAL)

  4. get acquainted with new cultures • helpful and friendlypeople • international classes • MOTIVATION, MULTICULTURALISM, PRACTICALITY

  5. Working abroad (based on interviews) 1. Why do you work abroad? - There are more opportunities than in Hungary and there are better salaries abroad. 2. Is it worth? -Absolutely yes. Because of the high salaries the life is much more easier at home. We can save more money and we do not have to think about what can we afford to us. 3. What are you going to do when you get closer to the retired years? -Now I work as a logger, but I made a degree pedagogics and in a few years I would like to find another job where I can work in my new profession.

Wouldn’tit be betterifyouworkedabroadfor a highersalary? - Yes, itwould be. Butfirst I wouldhave had tolearnGerman.

  7. NOT Working abroad Working in Hungary (near the Austrian border) Profession: beautician 1. Why don’t you work abroad (in Austria)? - I do not think it is important to work abroad. We can find great jobs if we want. 2. Do you speak any foreign language? -Yes. German and English. 3. Wouldn’t it be better if you worked abroad for a higher salary? -Yes, but I work at two workplaces and I am fine with them. The two salaries are completely enough for living, andlast but not least I can save money too.
