  3. United Way THRIVE Launched and led by United Way of Greater Houston, THRIVE is a collaboration of 21 agencies focused on helping families:

Overall Year 4 Results With 18 Partners: • Over 31,800 tax returns were prepared securing $41.8 million in net refunds • Over 4,700 families received workforce development services • Over 8,900 families received financial education or coaching services • Over 4,200 individuals increased their savings
