  11. Direct Outward Dialing • Direct Outward Dialing lets you place calls to telephone phone numbers outside of your Centrex system. Click anywhere on the slide to continue

  12. Intercom calling • Intercom calling lets you dial another Centrex extension without going through an operator or attendant. Click anywhere on the slide to continue

  13. Call hold • Call hold lets you put a call on hold so you can either pick up another call or complete a task. Click anywhere on the slide to continue

  14. Consultation hold • Consultation hold lets you call a third party while the call is on hold. Click anywhere on the slide to continue

  15. Call Forwarding-Variable • Call forwarding-variable routes your incoming calls to a different telephone number inside or outside the Centrex system. Click anywhere on the slide to continue

  16. Call transfer–deluxe • Call transfer–deluxe allows you to hold and transfer incoming calls to other phones within your Centrex system and outside the system. Click anywhere on the slide to continue
