Bridge Heating. Bridge Heating Controller. Located on the right end side of the bridge. Stand alone controller that controls 9 heating elements. All 9 heating elements are divided into 6 heating areas, which are controlled separately. Supplied with 35VAC for heating elements operation.

Bridge Heating Controller • Located on the right end side of the bridge. • Stand alone controller that controls 9 heating elements. • All 9 heating elements are divided into 6 heating areas, which are controlled separately. • Supplied with 35VAC for heating elements operation. • Supplied with 12VDC for the controller operation. • Communicates with the computer via RS422 port on the controller. • 6 sensors read the temperature from the 6 heating areas which are spread on the bridge. Bridge Heating Controller (Cont.) • Located on the right end side of the bridge. • The heating sensors generates 10mV for every 1ºC of temperature. • There are 3 thermo switches for bridge overheat protection. • If the bridge temperature exceeds 45ºC, the power to the heating elements is cut off.
