Regal Manor HOA Annual MeetingAdvisory Committee Nomination • Overview • Strong community focus • Ability to represent the interests of the community at large taking into consideration the impact of decisions on the various neighborhoods so actions are fair across the entire community • Orientation to work in a cooperative, consensus-driven group • Good communication skills being open to and encouraging communication from other committee members, the management company, the Board of Directors and the community • Ability to be a steward of the community budget and assets and to make decisions to the benefit of the overall community • Able to dedicate the time and energy required to do justice to the committee responsibilities and not overburden other committee members with the work at hand • Election Process
Regal Manor HOA Annual MeetingFinancials Accounts Receivable - Money legally owed to the HOA for dues (including accrued interest) that have not been paid by homeowners. At October 31, 2009, total Accounts Receivable was $44,500 - which is approximately 20% of this year's Assessment Revenue through October. By comparison, at this time last year, Accounts Receivable was $19,500, which was approximately 12% of 2008's Assessment Revenue through October.
