  1. Direct Part Marking (DPM) Certification Process

Fill out a Motorola DPM application • Submit application to Motorola • Follow instructions for submission on the form • Application is reviewed by DPM committee • Notification of approval/rejection is provided to applicant within 2 weeks • If approved, applicant must sign-up for the next offered Motorola on-site DPM training class • On-site class offered twice per year (Holtsville, NY facility) • NO DPM SALES CAN BE MADE UNTIL TRAINING CLASS HAS BEEN COMPLETED! DPM Certification Process

  3. Obtain a DPM Application

  4. Go to: http://edu.symbol.com Log-In with: - Username - Password

  5. Type: “DPMcert” in the Code Tab Enter: - “DPMcert” into the Code Tab

  6. Click on “Direct Part Marking (DPM) Product Certification” link. • Follow the directions on the screen: • Download the “Authorization Form” • Email completed form to christine.corso@motorola.com • Approval/Rejection notification by Email • If approved, sign-up for next available course • EDUADC401 – Instructor Led DPM Course Download DPM Application
