  11. Recruitment Script for Agents An assistant calls agents selected as good candidates. <<Agents Name>>, thanks for calling me back. Todd Walters asked me to give you a call because he wanted to discuss your interest in selling more homes, making more money and enjoying the rewards from it all. Do you have a few minutes for me to explain what he’s thinking? <<Agents generally say yes, and script continues as follows>>: Todd recognizes that some agents, like you, are certainly very qualified and competent at all the technical parts of the business.
