  2. LCLS Self Seeding • Status: Management put it on hold. • Preliminary conceptual design completed • Interference with LCLS II cited.

  3. Cable Stabilization • New system ready for installation Dec. 1st • Spare system ready • Documentation nearing completion

  4. Beam Arrival Time Monitor • Upgrade chassis are being constructed • All parts available • Power supplies configured • Documentation in progress

  5. Bunch Length Measurement • Working on VHDL code to download into a evaluation kit w/Spartan-6 FPGA • Plan to develop code to provide timing for Pyreos IR Line sensor array. • Plan to develop PCB to install in LCLS II

  6. THz Laser Timing • ROD scheduled to install timing cables to laser table from existing Phase Cavity system. • Cables are being constructed • Installation for Jan 19th ROD

  7. B685 Lab AC Wiring Upgrade • Safety inspection revealed non-conforming AC wiring in the racks, and grounding issues. • Electrical safety inspection today • Electrical recommendations inspection scheduled • Lab interruptions expected
