VCI Packaging Materials • VCI film contains Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor compounds that emit amine vapour that travel to metal surfaces and protect them from corrosion. • Made by one of the world’s reputable companies specializing in VCI packaging who have 2 R&D centres and 5 manufacturing plants in China. • ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified • Customers include Bluescope, GE, Baosteel, Posco, BMW, ArcelorMittal. • Features include antistatic, VCI for ferrous metals or multi-metals, high strength, heat seal, heat shrink.

  3. 1. Reinforced VCI Kraft paper 1. VCI Kraft paper with woven fabric or VCI Kraft paper with woven scrim 2. Thickness of Kraft paper and woven fabric can be customized. Roll width and length available upto 3100mm and 2000 metres respectively. 3. Applications: Hot-rolled, Cold rolled steel coils or plates, their cutting and punching parts, electrical steel, galvanized steel, tin-plated plate, colour coated coils or plates, aluminium-zinc coated coils or plates. VCI PP woven Film • Construction: PP coating + PP woven scrim + PP coating with Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor layer. 90 -135gsm, width and length available upto 3150mm and 1500M respectively • Provides high performance of corrosion protection, waterproof features and high physical strength. High Strength VCI Film • VCI is surface coated to offer a higher level of protection over VCI stretch films • High level of puncture and tear resistance compared to standard stretch films – it is six times stronger. • Customized colours and sizes available • Transparent, easy to use, flexible seal welding, recyclable. • Can be used for cold-rolled sheet, plates, colour coated coils and sheets, engines and other large equipment.   6. 4. VCI Stretch Film • 25-80um thickness, 200 – 1000mm width, 200 – 600 metres long • Stretchable upto 300% of its length • Resistant to water, oil and grease. Anti-corrosion protection period upto 2 years • Clean, safe and recyclable • Applications: Winding packaging for combination multi-metal parts, small sets of combination metal and annular and circular part, long bar, long strip parts.   7. 5. VCI Reinforced Alu-Poly 1. Reinforced aluminium layer is laminated onto VCI film 2. Offers multifunctional protective packaging i.e. vacuum packing, VCI, high physical strength. It protects metals from corrosion, air, vapour, dust and sunlight. 3. It decreases aging speed and barrier electromagnetism 4.   8. 6. VCI Heat Shrink 1. Thickness 50um to 180um and folded diameter 50mm to 2000mm available 2. Suitable for anti-corrosion protection for both ferrous and non ferrous metals, i.e. copper and its alloy, galvanizing plate and other metal products. 3. Very high tearing and impact resistance, heat shrinkable. 4.
