Top Five Work Values: • 1.The idea of making money motivates me a great deal. • 2.Im motivated by work that will lead to a management position. • 3.I want work that leaves me leisure time for my family and friends. • 4.I enjoy a workplace with lots of fast-paced activity. • 5.I want the freedom to work to my own schedule.

Top 5 Working Preferences: • I would prefer my pay to be hourly wages • I would prefer to work partly alone and partly with others • I would prefer my work to be located in a rural centre • I want to work for my own company • I would like to work on my own • --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Part 2 Written Summery • Welder: • -This career aligns with my work values because I am a hands on kind of worker, and don’t mind getting a little bit dirty. • -Yes this aligns with my preferred work conditions because welder in a physical job that allows you to interact with people, and you can be inside or out depending on the job location • -I just have to keep my grades at a neutral level, and continue to practice welding • -This kind of education fits right in where I am at because you don’t need to be a straight A student • -This is the job I have wanted for quit some time, so I will continue to peruse this career
