  4. Crab Crab 2ks QE and Timing Effectively 47 c/s (burst 0.2s mode) 1.QE(E)xEA(E) = Count(E)/Crab_Model(E) 2. Fit the QE(E) with an CCD model consists of a gate and a depletion layer. Accuracy: depletion layer … +/- 5% gate … +/- 6%

  5. E0102-72 Monitor the gain and efficiency at the low energy band. O VIII Kα (0.65keV) 7700 cts for 20ks Accuracy of the center energy … +/- 10eV

  6. Cas A Monitor the gain and efficiency at the high energy band. Fe XXV Kα (6.70keV) 1400 cts for 1.2ks Accuracy of the center energy … +/- 10eV
