Behind schedule Initiation Flight Plan Planning Slight deviations Execution Close out On schedule • Initiation Phase: • Project Status: • Primavera Training is provided by Eskom • Construction Services Planners are using Primavera – might be no need to train them • Accomplishment • TGS to sponsor Primavera Project roll out in TGS Div • Training Schedule doc received from Eskom Primavera Project • Received Business Case from Eskom Project • RR Project Charter = 80 %complete • Risk and Issues: • Issue: In Construction Services; Primavera is installed on a stand alone Machine; No Technical Support Contract; No Backups • Mitigation: Primavera need to be centralized. • Risk: TGS – Planners and Project Managers never used Primavera before. • Mitigation: TGS community to attend Primavera training • Next Step: • Network Testing for Construction Services Div – 1st Wk Dec • URS and Project Charter doc to be 100 % complete • Primavera Training progress Primavera Project – Is the implementation of Primavera Project Management tool in RR, and the project is Owned by Eskom Purpose – To ensure alignment with Eskom and centralization of the Project Management tool for Eskom community including RR Primavera Project Execution Initiation Plan On schedule Progress
