  1. How Can I Add Net Mass and/or Supplementary Units to my Table?

  2. 1. Click on STATISTICS, then BUILD YOUR OWN TABLES from the drop-down menu. 2. Click on Data by Commodity Code from the left hand menu.

  3. You will be presented with our default table. This shows: • Both EU and Non EU data for all four suites (Imports, Exports, Arrivals and Dispatches, • Latest 3 months data for all commodities up to HS2 3. Click on the + Add More Measures link This will produce this drop down list

  4. Moving Net Mass into Your Table 4. Click on Net mass (kg), and, keeping your finger down on the left mouse button, drag this to the right of the Value dimension (You will know when you have positioned the Net mass correctly when white up and down arrows appear)

  5. You should see the screen below: … and in the table itself Net mass appears by the Value dimension….

  6. If you want to add Supplementary Units as well, just - 5. Click on the + Add More Measures link This will again produce the drop down list (now only showing Supp unit)

  7. 6. Click on Supp unit, and, keeping your finger down on the left mouse button, drag this to the right of the Net Mass dimension (You will know when you have positioned the Supp unit correctly when white “up and down” arrows appear) 7. Click on the X once you have finished to close the box

  8. You should see the screen below: … and in the table itself Supp unit appears by the Net mass (kg) dimension….

  9. How do I Remove the Net Mass and Supplementary Units from my Table? If you decide that you do not want either Net mass or Supplementary Units (or both) in your table, follow these steps:

  10. 1. Click on the + Add More Measures to reveal the drop down box

  11. 2. Click on the dimension you want to move back (in this case the Supp unit), and, keeping your finger down on the left mouse button, drag this back into the drop down box

  12. The Supp unit has returned to the drop down box and is missing from the table 4. Repeat this procedure if you wish to remove Net Mass (kg) from your table
