  1. STOP PKK-KADEK !!! STOP KONGRA-GEL !!! PKK - KADEK & KONGRA - GEL MUST CLOSED !!! For many years, Turkey has suffered from terrorism that has never been experienced before in any country. This terrorism has manifested itselfin various forms. As a result, thousands of innocent people have lost their lives, thousands of people have become disabled, and an economicloss worth of millions of dollars has been made. Among the terrororganisations acting in Turkey, the KADEK is the cruellest terrororganisation that has caused great pains on the society, which can hardly be recovered.Initially acting as the PKK, the terror organisation KADEK has carried out terrorist acts since 1984.

  2. As a result of the terrorist acts the terrorist organisation KADEK hasconducted against civil population regardless of their being children,babies, women and the elderly, as well as against those who were mostlyteachers, religious officials and state officials who served the peopleliving in the region, over 30.000 of our citizens in total were woundedor killed, 11.483 of whom were civilians (5415 killed and 6068 wounded) and 17.875 members of the security forces (5871 killed and12.004 wounded).  Furthermore, totally 2000 facilities, including 250 schools, 110 mosques and 50 medical facilities were destroyed. 

  3. It is estimated that, until today, around 150 (one hundred and fifty) billion U.S. Dollars have been spent in the struggle against the KADEKterrorist organisation KADEK has been mentioned in the U.S. Statedepartment's report officially issued regarding "Foreign Terrorist Organisations " among the top 30 terrorist organizations since 1997 andit has also been included in the list issued after the Sept. 11 attacks.In addition, it has been included inthe "Terrorist Organisations List" ofEU as PKK. 

  4. Despite the fact that some European nations have already recognized KADEK as a terrorist organisation since 90s, it still receives support in various forms especially from some neighbouringand western European countries. It is possible to sum up the supportgiven by these nations to the terrorist organisation KADEK as follows:determining policy and to map out a strategy for the organisation,providing shelter for the high level staff of the organisation, supplyinglogistic materials (arms and ammunitions), allocating training facilities,providing training, giving financial support, providing false identity cards/passports, giving medical treatment, encouraging the organisation members for trafficking in drugs and human being, providing intelligence through their secret services to the members of the terrorist organisation planning terrorist attacks.

  5. For spreading its propaganda and increasing its operational capabilities, the terror organisation KADEK has established some sub-organisations in about 30 countries. These sub-organisations acting as alleged information centres or socio-cultural centres (Kurdistan’s Committee or Kurdish institutes) are run by European flank of the KADEK.

  6. The number of the above-mentioned sub-organisations in various countries is 439. The terror organisation carries out drugs and human being trafficking through these centres and committees. The report of the U.S. Bureau of International Narcotics points out that drug trafficking cartel in Europe is controlled by KADEK members. 

  7. The said report emphasizes the fact that KADEK uses heroin production and trafficking to finance its terrorist activities. In addition, the terrorist organization KADEK raises money from our citizens living in Europe through usurpation and blackmail, kidnaps the people and conducts trafficking in arms to raise financial sources for its terror activities..

  8. For realising their political interests, certain nations support the above-mentioned activities of the terrorist organisation KADEK and they even encourage the terrorist organisation through their decisions and reports they issue. As a result, the terrorist organisation KADEK has changed its organisational title upon recommendation by certain nations, and thus attempted to free itself from the responsibility for the massacres and damages it has carried out as a terror organisation until today

  9. Following changing by the terror organisation of its organisational title, it is a striking fact that those who had resisted its inclusion in the terrorist organisations list of EU before, have changed their opinion in this respect and stated that the inclusion in the said list would not adversely affect the KADEK.

  10. Though all damages the terror organisation has inflicted and realities about its terror, it is not possible for the terrorist organisation, which has killed our more than 30.000 innocent people without batting an eyelid until now, to escape from its terrorist identity by hiding itself under a mask. It should be known for sure that, no matter what changes this terror organisation makes, it will have to pay for all it has done to the innocent people.

  11. Turkey will struggle against the terrorist organisation and its followers regardless of its organisational name. In this context, we wish all states to share our views in this respect and fight againstterrorism. Our expectations from our allies are;to recognise the KADEK- connected groups and organisations and especially theKADEK itself as  a terrorist organisation and, to reflect the sanctions provided for in the "EU Framework Convention on Combating Terrorism" to their domestic law in order to be able to take necessary measures and start legal proceedings against PKK andDHKP-C that  EU has included in its list of terrorist organisations

  12. While many countries enjoy the advantages of low-threat environment following the cold war era, Turkey has suffered from terrorism for the last two decades and permanently stressed the risks and threats caused by terrorism towards all humanity.   In this context, it can hardly be said that Turkey has received adequate international support in this respect. In the international fora, collective struggle against terrorism is a necessity. Terrorism has no language, religion, nationality, region or ideology, and it is an international phenomenon threatening the whole world.
