This study explores myoblast-based gene transfer techniques aimed at repairing infarcted heart tissue. We utilized various staining methods, including fluorescent dye and BrdU, to visualize gene incorporation and cell proliferation in the damaged myocardium. Additionally, X-gal staining was employed to assess transgene expression, highlighting the therapeutic potential of bone marrow stem cell therapy in cardiac repair. Results demonstrate significant cellular integration and growth, providing insights into novel regenerative strategies for heart disease.
