Charles began working at CALLAHEAD from its inception in 1976 at the age of 12 years old. He learned how to build a portable toilet from scratch and also delivered, cleaned and sold them to clients. Charles met his wife Kimberly in 1985 in Rockaway Beach, NY, and dated shortly thereafter. Charles' wife Kimberley would also become one of the early employees of CALLAHEAD in 1989 and 1990. They began dating in 2005 and married in 2008. Charles now has five children

Today, Charles has built the company up to 12,000 portable toilets, 150 employees, and 75 trucks.
