6. To run this application, Doctor or Staff needs to be Log in Shift Wise By Zircon Infotech

9. Select Dr. name for which you want to open an appointment and enter date, interval & shift time Click on Ok By Zircon Infotech

11. Double Click Here If patient is old then we can get details with the help of old record . By Zircon Infotech

Search record by registration no,name,contact no,date of birth or address wise like type ‘s’ in patient name box and click find it will display name start with ‘s’.If show from anywhere checked true then it will display all name which contain character ‘s’. 14. If want to cancel an appointment due to some reason then click on cancel appointment . Select doctor name for whom you want to cancel an appointment for that enter date, cancellation reason, select shift like morning, evening or all to cancel appointment. Auto emailing facility intimate patient regarding appointment cancellation or reopen appointments of selected shift By Zircon Infotech

15. If you want to reopen an appointment of doctor then click on reopen Select doctor name ,enter date and select shift for which shift you want to reopen an appointment. By Zircon Infotech

17. When doctor is going somewhere and want to block an appointment then click on Block By Zircon Infotech

18. Block appointment of some particular date, week or month by using from date, to date By Zircon Infotech

21. Today’s appointment of that shift ,for which shift you login showing patient’s detail like name, contact no & fees for new patient & for old new. And those patient come before 15 days are considered to be old review patient so they don’t have to pay fees. 46. Maintain prescribed medicines details here Now select medicines By Double Click Type first character of medicine if it is already in medicine list and then press enter By Zircon Infotech

47. Add new medicine from here just write name, select type, dose quantity, dose type, precaution…. By Zircon Infotech

48. New medicine with dose, dose quantity & precaution Enter any remark here…. Maintain interaction between Doctor and Patient using Sound Record. By Zircon Infotech

49. Click on ok to close the window Double click on selected record To play the sound click here. It will show the window which contain all recorded sound of particular patient. To Record the sound click here To Save the sound click here By Zircon Infotech

50. Write next procedure date and reason here Red checked on right side of fees amount indicate that patient has to pay fees today, if it is unchecked then it indicates that patient is for review. So if it is checked then write fees amount. Click here to save the data By Zircon Infotech
