Speaker: Dr. Christopher Thornberg continue • US economy is behind by 8% • California got hit the worst economy wise • Because its exposed to Housing prices increase/decrease Exports- goods/tourism/license Business spending • Richmond has an 8% of vacant homes • “Stop house prices from going up” • Consumers overspending • Tax cuts need to stop schools, roads, hospitals etc..
