Cooperation between Russian and Italian Universities • 360 agreements of cooperation between 80 Italian and 80 Russia Universities • 37 agreements (in the field of mathematics and IT) • Since 1997 - special agreement between Russian Academy of Sciences and Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche • 10 agreements on double degrees: • Università di Milano “Bicocca”, Milano “Bocconi”, Bologna (2), Calabria (4), Politecnico di Milano (2)

Italian Language in Russia • Italian is taught in 30 Universities (Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Astrakhan, Cheboksary, Ekaterinburg etc.) • Departments of Italian: • Lomonosov Moscow State University • St.-Petersburg • Russian State University for the Humanities (RGGU, Moscow) • 2000 students in 2010 studied Italian language and culture in Russia • 2009/2010 - 1029 Russian citizens were enrolled in Italian Universities: 1,8% from 57246 foreign students in Italy (175 males and 854 females)

  12. Tempus TUNING RUSSIA: 2010–2013-511135-TEMPUS-2010-ES-JPCR (2010-3356/001-001) Coordinator: University of Deusto Objectives: 1. Promotion and dissemination of Tuning methodology among Russian academic community (in particular in 9 subject areas – Economics and Management, Law, Ecology, Education, Engineering, Information and Telecommunication Technologies, Languages, Tourism and Social Work). 2. Elaboration of generic and specific competences in the 9 areas. 3. Implementation and development of Tuning methodology in some Russian universities through Tuning Centres. Duration of the project is three years, from October 2010 to October 2013. RSUH participates in the subject areas “Tourism” and “Languages” Università degli Studi di Padova, Italy
