TYPES OF CONTRACTSin REGION 4 • Remedial Contracts (>$150,000) These contracts provide professional architect/engineer, technical, and management services to support remedial response, enforcement oversight, non-time critical removals, and post construction activities. • Removal Contracts (>$150,000) These contracts provide response services for emergency, time critical and non-time critical removal actions, and remedial actions to mitigate or eliminate any hazard or damage to the environment resulting from contaminants or pollutants. • Other Regional Contracts (>$150,000) • Simplified Acquisitions (<$150,000 or up to $6.5M for Commercial Buys)
