Streamline Your Vendor Quote Requests with SBSP

Effortlessly manage your vendor quotes using the SBSP Search tool. By selecting the appropriate sub-category, you can export your search results into a spreadsheet that conveniently lists SBSP vendors. Use the checklist to document your 'States Request for Quote Vendors' and access vendor email addresses in the rightmost column. The SBSP Quote Request Email Tool allows you to paste up to 20 email addresses at a time for your quotes. Remember to save all vendor responses for future reference. For assistance, contact the helpdesk if you experience any issues.

  3. Select Sub Category

  4. Export Your Search Results

  5. Opens A Spreadsheet of SBSP Vendors Keep this spreadsheet to document your “States Request for Quote Vendors” on the Checklist

  6. Rightmost Column has their Email Addresses

  7. Open the SBSP Quote Request Email Tool.xls

  8. Paste (up 20) Email Addresses at a Time Into the Table

  9. Highlight & Copy the Merged Email Address

  10. Paste Into the “To” Address for Your Quote Request NOTE: IF THIS DOES NOT WORK, CONTACT THE HELPDESK – YOU MAY NEED A MAIL CLIENT UPGRADE

  11. Be Sure to Save all the Vendors Responses for the Checklist
