  2. Project Objectives • Make a small cup or bowl using basic wheel throwing techniques. • Start with 1.5 to 3Lbs of clay. (Yes, weigh it!) • Make walls thin (1/4” to 1/8”) and even. • Trim walls to ensure even thickness. • Trim a collared foot. • Fire and glaze final piece. Pottery Profile Showing Even wall thickness.
