  3. Habitat • Live in tropical areas • Also live in lowland rain forests • Live where the temperature can go up to 90 degrees • Central Africa Home

  4. Daily Behaviors • Mostly spend their time eating • 99% of their diet are plants Home

  5. Food and Water • Eat bamboo • Love to eat black berries • Eat snails and small insects • Eat leaves and tree bark too Home

  6. Family Structures • Both parents will take care of their baby until it’s old enough to take care of its self • Sometimes male gorillas choose to leave their troop Home

  7. Interesting Facts • Male gorillas eat about forty pounds a day • Female gorillas only give birth to one baby at a time • Male gorillas are stronger than six grown men together Home
