  3. What is the Quality Function? • Quality function is looking for certain things that make your project stand out from others. • Measurement of the uniqueness and the amount of effort you embed into your project.

  4. What is Procurement? • An attainment of goods, services, or works from an external source.

  5. What happens during the Monitoring and Controlling Stage? • It is a “check-up” for the project itself. You stand back and look at the progress of it. Things to Ask: • Are we on time? • Are we using our resources well? • Is there anything that needs to be redone or tweaked?
