Project Timeline • October 2016—Charge to Richard Lee and by extension OAP • November 2016 to January 2017—Analysis of 2013 version of College Handbook • Determination of sections’ owners, disaggregation of College Handbook • Questionnaire created and distributed to 51 owners of sections • Return rate: ≈ 50% by January....≈65% by July 2017 • January 2017—OAP database finalized to store returned Qs and revised text—and enable ongoing stewardship/maintenance • November 2016 to present—ongoing Acalog/DigArc training • May to July 2017—follow-up contacts and revisions completed • August 15: draft of Faculty Handbook delivered to Provost • Beta group selected, contacted, awaiting feedback by 9/15/17 • 1 October 2017—Faculty Handbook 2017 goes live!
