Please explain your [GWC training satisfaction] rating. • 6s: • Should be more bonding games first/second day. • Training gave much better format understanding. • 7s: • Left feeling confident/even more passionate. • Well-organized, fun, professional, comprehensive. • Clarified expectations/priorities. • Gave concrete teaching tools.

Please explain why you found some sessions more valuable than others. • Good mix of sessions. • Learned through collaboration. • Supportive place to practice/get feedback. • Enjoyed sessions not already in teaching guide: presentations sometimes redundant. • Downtime allowed for unity. • General discussions gave positive energy.
