  1. Le Fauve de Bourgogne Le lapin «  fauve de Bourgogne « est fort anciennement connu puisque la première association des éleveurs de cette race fonctionne depuis 1884. Ce gros lapin roux sélectionné par les éleveurs de la Bourgogne ,parmi il faut citer M.RENARD de la Celle Saint Cyr à qui revient le mérite d’avoir fait d’un peuplement de terroir une race bien caractérisée. Le fauve de Bourgogne est importé aux USA pour créer la race Néozélandais roux. On note plus de 600 adhérents en France.
