Join us for the 2012 PRPA Winter Bench Press Championships on November 24, 2012, at 504 Fitness in New Orleans, LA. Weigh-ins will take place from 8 AM to 11 AM, with lifting scheduled to start at 12:00 PM. This event features divisions for Teens, Women, Masters, and Open Men. Awards will be given for first to third places based on formula in each category, along with recognitions for the biggest bench press in various weight classes. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to compete and showcase your strength!
