At-Risk Report • CCPS Early Warning System – early identification of students needing intervention • Flag and sort students with failing quarter grades, poor attendance, days of ISS and OSS, GPA, retention, and more! • Sort by number of problem areas • Sort by AYP sub-group • Views include: individual class, grade, school • School RtI Teams should view this report at least once a month to identify students needing intervention in one or more of these areas.

  3. Customized Report • Set up a report to view students based on your criteria • Sort by AYP sub-group • Add/Remove columns from report include: attendance, discipline, course grades, online tests, FCAT, FAIR, PM Assessments, K-5 Assessments • Views include: individual class, grade, school

  4. FCAT Reports in RtI • Find out how many more points your students would have needed to score a higher FCAT Level based on last year’s test • View the subtest scores on FCAT • Views include: individual class, customized RtI groups, grade, school
