  3. Peer Evaluations • Form available on my website • Evaluations must be typed • Submit only 1 form • List all team members, including yourself • Forms will be anonymous • Each team member will be evaluated based on 10 questions – comment section is available

  4. Peer Evaluations • Read instructions carefully! • Form must be submitted to me no later than Monday (October 13th) by 5:00pm • 15-point deduction for incomplete or non-submitted evaluations • Email form (as attachment) and include a brief message indicating: • Your Name • Section • Team Name You may fax your evaluation if email is not available: 407.882.9013

  5. DiSC • Complete worksheet on my website • Bring to class next week for discussion • Each student is accountable for completing their own worksheet!

  6. For Next Week… • Peer Evaluations – deadline is Monday (10/13/08) by 5pm • DiSC Worksheet – complete and bring to class • NEW! Weeks 10 & 11 – Progress Report Presentation (week 12 – holiday) • Worksheet for Project Implementation • Grade sheet ____________________________________________
