Tryouts-PHYSICAL • Must have a physical on file with the trainers before tryouts. • Will not be allowed to tryout if this is not complete, so leave plenty of time for corrections. • Fill out the three online forms on rankonesport.com. • Methodist Willowbrook and Nextlevel care on cypresswood. • Athletes currently in class period are cleared. • Will be held Jan 18 3-5pm and Jan 19 8-11am. BE ON TIME! • Teams will be posted on website by 12pm that day.

Lady Bearkat Softball Attendance • Dress out every day-no dress = 0 for the day. • Attendance-days missed will be made up. • Day before game practice missed=Unable to start in next game. • Consecutive practices missed=sit out from games. • Missing Games=grounds for removal. • Again, all missed days will be made up.
