  3. Global Update • Not-for-profit IDEMA USA shell converted to Global IDEMA, or IHQ • IDEMA Japan YK formed this month • IDEMA Asia-Pacific no change • IDEMA USA LLC formed in 2004 • Regional subsidiaries

  4. IDEMA Structure Membership dues, event profit flow thru IHQ, OH allocations, targeted investment sent back to regions IDEMA Intl. Headquarters (IHQ) (US) Strategic planning, finance 3 members from each region Membership dues, event profit flow thru IHQ, OH allocations, targeted investment sent back to regions Global BOD President EAC OH allocation IDEMA LLC (US) IDEMA YK (Japan) IDEMA Asia-Pacific Committees in China, Thailand, Singapore REGIONS: Separate Board of Directors, appointed locally, to guide IDEMA strategy and activities in those regions. Regions operate on a cost-plus basis, essentially providing regional services to IHQ and funneling profits back to IHQ to minimize taxation Each regional Board has Executive Director, staff Each has strategically global, functionally local committees Cost plus service
