  2. User Group #1PostalOne!, SASP & Intelligent Mail User Group 1 was created with the sunset of User Group #122 and is a forum to address critical targeted mailer concerns. Mission Statement The mission of the PostalOne!, SASP, Intelligent Mail User Group is to address and resolve issues identified and to define and review improvements in functionality across the PostalOne!, SASP and Intelligent Mail systems. The User Group will create ad hoc subgroups to address specific issues as necessary. 2 of 5

User Group #1PostalOne!, SASP & Intelligent Mail User Group 1 is focused on Intelligent Mail and Seamless Entry and has the support of USPS and Industry leaders. • User Group 1 tackles key procedures and mailer items: • Business Mail Acceptance • Mailing Standards and Preparation • USPS Mail Processing Operations • Mail Service Providers & Mail Owner items • Sponsors • Industry: Ernie Rojas and Debbie Cooper • USPS: Jim Cochran and Pritha Mehra • User Group Leaders •  Industry: Watt Bryan, Todd Black •  USPS: Brenda Washington, Ruth Stock 3 of 5

User Group #1PostalOne!, SASP & Intelligent Mail User Group 1 provides key benefits to mailers including increased visibility into system requirements and updates. • Key Benefits • Increased mailer visibility and input into system enhancements • Increased input into release management (i.e. User Group #1 provides key input into what enhancements should be prioritized into certain releases) • Increased interaction and cross-communication among PostalOne!, SASP and Intelligent Mailer users User Group #1 is a vehicle for the industry and Postal Service to work together throughout the lifecycle of software deployments. 4 of 5
