The OSPI Migrant Education Conference held on August 15, 2014, aimed to strengthen collaboration among educators and communities addressing the needs of migrant students. Key agenda items included meeting the new Director, developing a shared vision for K-12 student support, accelerating student achievement, and deepening educator knowledge on migrant and ELL students. Workshops focused on enhancing relationships, designing the next State Service Delivery Plan (2016-2019), and fostering innovative initiatives.
