  9. Status AnalysisData Warehouse • The numbers indicate progress, Good Work. • However there are reporting inconsistencies: • Not everyone reports everything all the time: • E.g. the districts integrated number is for Q3 was carried over from Q2 because there should not have been a drop. • E.g. Not every one reports number of schools integrated every reporting period. • Please report these numbers consistently so that we can tell the RDI Story

  10. Status AnalysisProfessional Development • Over the Course of the Grant: • 64 events reported on monthly status reports • 34 PD Provider Surveys Completed • Please continue to use the surveys for reporting. • For all PD Events we are asking that PD Providers complete the PD Provider survey. • www.surveymonkey.com/s/rdipdproviders • For PD funded by RDI, participants need to complete the Before and After Survey. • www.surverymonkey.com/s/pre-postsurvey

  11. Project Evaluation:Why Evaluate • $11.5 Million ARRA Grant: An evaluation is required. • Ensures progress is adequately tracked and recognized. • Helps make the case for future funding requests around classroom data use

  12. Project Evaluation:Evaluation Methods • Project Status reports are used to evaluate implementation. • Surveys are used to evaluate program effectiveness. • Surveys are divided into 3 levels • Level 1: Statewide Teacher Survey • Survey: RDI Participant Self-Assessment • Level 2: PD funded by RDI Grant • Survey: Pre-Post Professional Development Assessment • Survey: RDI Professional Development Provider Survey • Level 3: Data Related PD not funded by RDI • Survey: RDI Professional Development Provider Survey
