  2. talk – read – listen – learn-write – speak I, you, we, they, plural : verb e.g: I talk, you talk, we talk, they talk, Ahmad and Noura talk, the boys talk She, he, it, singular : verb + s She talks, he talks, it talks, Sara talks, Ahmad talks.

  3. 1. Everyday activities and habits • I drink three cups of coffee a day.

  4. I wake up at 7 am every day.

  5. Noura and Lama always study English together.

  6. 2. Statements of facts Mark speaks three languages.

  7. Sara aldawood teaches grammar 1 and listening 1.

  8. The moon revolves around the earth.

  9. 3. Opinions • Teacher Jack doesn’t teach English very well. - I don’t like music.

  10. Existing conditions • I hear noise. • I need to read more. • I believe in myself.

  11. Negative statements Do not : don’t I – we – you – they – plural I don’t, we don’t, you don’t, they don’t, Ahmad and Hoda don’t, the boys don’t. Does not: doesn’t He – she – it – singular He doesn’t, she doesn’t, it doesn’t, the boy doesn’t, Noura doesn’t

  13. A form of do comes before the subject in yes/no questions. - Sara speaks three languages. Does Sara speak three languages?? Yes, she does. No, she doesn’t

  14. The boys study together every day. Do the boys study together every day? • Yes, they do. • No, they don’t.
