Performance / déroulé de la prestation J0, En amont de la réunion initiale: Framatome fournira quelques mots clé, en anglais, de la thématique d’intérêt - termes techniques (risk, hazard,…) + termes concernant les produits et services + termes génériques (nucléaire…) J0+5 : Réunion initiale – 4h - Scientesys présentera le processus o Scientesys fournira une présentation en anglais présentant la démarche, les étapes du processus, exemple. Les slides seront fournis 2j à l’avance de la réunion o Scientesys explicitera la démarche & les étapes par un exemple - Framatome rappellera le sujet désigné - Scientesys animera la phase de définition de l’axe de recherche sur lequel Framatome & Scientesys convergeront - Scientesys animera la phase de définition du / des corpus documentaires cible (web of science, sites des AS, Dervant innovation index – brevets mondiaux à partir des années 60) - Scientesys animera la phase de définition des listes des mots clé : o définition des termes du domaine d’intérêt de la requête primaire (riskassessment, risk management,…) x (nuclear, …) o l’étude optimale peut viser un domaine large ; puis il est possible d’ajuster des sous-analyses (sur des équipements, sur un type de réacteur) o il faut avoir 3/4 requêtes avec un scope différent - La réunion se tiendra en présentiel à la Défense - Scientesys réalisera le CR synthétisant les éléments discutés - proposition Scientesys : venir avec une courte pré-recherche J0 + 15j : Réunion de suivi – 6h (4h + 2h on demand) - Scientesys fournira une présentation en anglais présentant les résultats intermédiaires (fournis 2j à l’avance) - Scientesys animera le brainstorming phase verte avec discussion des résultats, tendances, discussion orale permettant de cibler des produits / services - Scientesys animera la phase de définition des questions spécifiques, affiner - Framatome réalisera le CR synthétisant les éléments discutés - La réunion intermédiaire se tiendra à Erlangen, Allemagne (sous réserve de confirmation de la part de Framatome) J0+25j : Réunion finale - Scientesys fournira une présentation en anglais présentant les résultats finaux (fournis 2j à l’avance), intégrant le traitement des questions spécifiques - Scientesys indiquera les bons partenaires pour réalisation de prestations en aval - Scientesys remettra le rapport technique à la réunion. o Le rapport contient principalement des graphiques plus quelques textes (légendes, sources, ce qui a été fait pour transformer les données, commentaires).
