  2.  Parents are the most important people in a child’s life. The life of every parent resides in the happiness of their children. Parents do everything and beyond to provide a secure and happy life to their kids.  Families have different parenting styles because each household is unique. They help model the social behavior and character of their children.  However, sometimes unknowingly parents tend to take up some parenting styles which can be harmful to the kids in the long run.

  3. Below we are sharing a few damaging parenting behavior patterns: 1. between right and wrong. Teach them the right way when you find their error. Do not shield them when they are at fault. They need to understand the difference 2. what they want. But since you are the mature one, you need to decide which demands should be met and which not. Do not get carried away in accepting all their demands. A child will always want 3. their mistakes now, they can never do that when they grow up. Teach them to say sorry. Do not let this one slip away. If they do not learn to accept

  4. Give them more preference in their choices rather than making every choice for them. You can advise them at the most but do not make them do anything without their interest or will. 4. Give them an open space to let them share their mistakes or issues with you. Be very approachable. They should always know that you are their safe haven. Do not shout or condemn them when you get to know about a mistake of theirs. 5. Do not compare them to other kids. Each child is unique and special. Comparison will hamper their self-image and confidence. Be supportive. 6.
